Living-Labs and public procurement of innovation in the water sector conference, next July 7th

Our partners from the Interreg SUDOE’s TWIST project (Transnational water Innovation Strategy) are organizing next July 7th at 09:30 the Spanish National Conference on the Capacities for Innovation in the water sector named « Living-Labs and public procurement of innovation in the water sector »

This conference, held in Spanish, fits TWIST’s objective to develop an open innovation model for the gestion of residual water taking into account the circular economy. The conference aims to highlight the resources, available capacities and training needs to take advantage of the innovation opportunities detected in the framework of the development of the project, enhancing the innovation capacities of the agents of the water sector and boosting cooperation and networking in the sector through Public Procurement of Innovation.

The event will have 3 interrelated sections.

1. Open Water Living Lab (OWL-2): Living Labs and their role in Public Procurement of Innovation.

2. The role of Public Procurement of Innovation in the water sector.

3. The Technological Challenges in water management and their possible solutions through CPI processes.
